Do I Really Need to Wear My Badge?

Your convention badge must be worn at all times to gain access to DNA Convention events and sessions.

What's the Exhibit Hall?

The exhibit hall will showcase laboratory services, equipment, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, skin care, phototherapy supplies, publishing, education and research – all under one roof, with dedicated time. A reception will also be held in the exhibit hall, along with research and informational poster presentations.

What's a Product Theater?

Product Theaters provide a unique setting for attendees to learn about specific products or services of interest in a comfortable seated environment. Our exhibitors have been offered the opportunity to host one of the many theaters taking place outside of the exhibit hall, in various meeting room locations. Seating will be limited to 75 attendees in each Product Theater. Be sure to keep Friday, February 17, 2012 between 5:45 - 7:45 pm open for this exciting new opportunity for attendees and exhibitors.

*Product Theaters are promotional in nature and do not offer continuing education credit.

Are There Any Social Events to Attend?

Yes! This year's Welcome Celebration will take place on Friday, February 17, 2012 from 8:00 – 10:00 pm. Don't miss this always memorable evening, filled with food, drinks and dancing! Guest tickets are available to purchase for exhibitors and adult guests of attendees at the cost of $55 per person. Guest tickets do not include admittance into any DNA educational sessions or the Exhibit Hall.

Will the Speakers' Presentations Be Made Available to Attendees?

Speaker presentations will be posted online prior to the convention. Attendees will be emailed a link to access the online presentations once they are available. Attendees may download or print presentations of interest. Please remember to bring a notepad and pen, along with any of your pre-printed presentations, should you wish to have them for note taking.

Attendees will receive an Annual Convention Guide onsite at Convention, which will include all pertinent convention information. The book will include the convention schedule with times and room locations, along with instructions for obtaining continuing education credits. The Annual Convention Guide will not include speaker slides or handouts.

If the Convention Photographer Takes a Photograph With Me in it, What is it Used For?

DNA occasionally uses photographs of DNA convention participants in its newsletter, website, promotional materials, and in the Journal of the Dermatology Nurses' Association. By virtue of your attendance at the Annual Convention, you agree to usage of your likeness in such material.
